Aratikaya podi kura

Ingredients:
Green Bananas 2
Medium size onion
Chillies 6
Curry leaves
Red chillies 2
chana dal 1 spoon
Urd dal 1spoon
Vegetable oil 3 spoons
Mustard and cumin 2spoons
Coriyander
Curry leaves
Turmaric powder 1/4 spoon
Chilly powder 1/2 spoon

Procedure:-Cut the ends of the Aratikayalu and cut them into two in the middle and pressure cook for 1 to 2 whistle.In the meanwhile cut the onion and chillies into small pieces.Heat the oil in a thick bottom vessel,fry urd dal, chana dal, cumin ,mustard and red chillies. Now add ginger garlic paste and stir it once,now add curry leaves  and onion pieces and chillies.Fry them until the onion soften. Remove the skin and smash the bananaS and add it to the fried onions.Add salt and chilly powder, mix it well.Season with coriander leaves.
