| Ingredients:- Capsicum  2 Carrot 2 Medium size onion  1 Chillies 4 Ginger garlic paste 1 spoon Turmeric powder 1/4 spoon oil 2 spoons Coriander leaves   Chanadal 1 tbs Urd dal 1tbs Mustard and cumin 1 tbs Red chillies 2
                                             
 Procedure:-Cut the capsicum, carrot,onion and chillies.Heat the oil, add urd dal,mustard,cuminand red chillies.Pop
                                             up the things and then add ginger garlic paste, stir it for 5 sec. .Now add all the peices of onions, carrot, green chilliesand
                                             capsicum. Stir well and put the lid.  Add salt and termeric powder ,cook it for 10 to 15 min. till the pieces  smoothen.
