Palakura Patoli (Spinatch)

Ingredients:
Palakura  bunches 2
Medium size onion 1
Green chillies 2
Sanaga pindi 4 spoons(basan flour)
Curry leaves
Salt
Red chillies 2
chana dal 1 spoon
Urd dal 1spoon
Vegetable oil 4spoons
Mustard and cumin 2spoons
Turmaric powder 1/4 spoon
Chilly powder 1/2 spoon

Procedure: Cut the spinatch and onion.Take a thick bottom vessel,heat it and now add oil
after heating that add chana dal,urd dal,mustard, cumin and red chillies.Fry them and now addonion and chilly pieces.Stir them for a while and now add spinatch. Stir them well, fry them for 5min.Now add  turmeric powder,salt ,chilly powder and sanaga pindi. Stir it well and reduce the  heat.Cook it for 3min.   Have to stir it very often.It is good with rice.
