Navaratan Pakodi

Ingredients: -Mixed vegetables 2 cups
Medium size onion 1
Green chillies 6
Ginger garlic paste 1 spoon
Coriander
Sanaga pindi or Basan flour 2 1/2cups
Rice flour 3 spoons
Baking soda  a pinch
Veg oil
 
 

Procedure:-Cook the mixed vegetables for 3 min.Cut the onion into long and.Chillies into small piece.Take all the items in a bowl, mix them well with your hand and now add sanaga pindi and rice flour.Mix them well,  add salt  and water.Mix it like pakodi pindi. after heating the oil, Remove them after getting brown colour.Very health and easy snack.
