Kakarakaya Karam

Ingredients:
Kakaraya Kayalu 4
Salt 1spoon
Chilly powder 11/2spoon
Cumin 1/2 spoon
Oil 4 spoons
Garlic cloves 2
Coconut powder 2 spoons

Procedure: Take kakarakaya peel it slightly ,make a slit length-wise.If they are long cut into to pieces.Heat  the oil in a pan,put them in the oil ,keep flipping them till all the sides are cooked .Grind all the other ingridients (salt ,cumin,chilly powder,and garlic, coconut) .Put the mixture gently in those fried kakarakayalu. Fry them for a min. in the same pan.Tastes good foIt goes well with vedi annm, mudda pappu and neyyi.
