Ingredients:
Tamatos 4
Chana dal 1 small cup Medium size onion 1 Chillies 6 Curry leaves
Ginger garlic paste
Chilly powder 1/2 spoon
Salt
Oil 3 spoons
Coriander
For Popu: Urd dal ,cumin and mustard
Termeric powder 1/4 spoon
Procedure:-Soak the chana dal 2 hoursbefore.Cut the onions , tamatos and chillies into small
pieces.Heat the oil in a thick pan, do popu and add ginger garlic paste,chillies and onions. Fry them for a while,now
add tamato pieces. Stir it well and cook it for 5 min. in low heat until they smoothen.Now add soaked dal, salt and chilly
powder,stir it well .Cook it for 5min. in a low heat for 3 min. Season with coriander.
