| Ingredients:  Potlakayalu 2 Pesara pappu Garlic cloves 3Chillies 6
 Curry leaves
 Red chillies 2
 chana dal 1 spoon Urd dal 1spoon Vegetable oil 2 spoons Mustard and cumin 2spoons Turmaric powder 1/4 spoon Kottimera
 Procedure: Soak the pappu for one hour before.Cut the potlakayalu into small circles.cook them well in the microwave
                                             for 7 to 8 min. Heat the oil and add urd dal, mustard and cumin,red chillies ,green chilli pieces and curry
                                             leaves.Fry them well  then add cooked potlakaya pieces and soaked pesara pappu.Stir it well , now add salt and termeric
                                             powder. Mix it well and fry it in a low heat  for 2.min.Atlast add the coriander.Very simple and
                                             healthy.You can eat it with rice and chapati also.
