Ingredients: Semya 1 cup
Saggu biyyam 1 cup
Grated Jaggery 2 cups
Milk 6 cups
Yalukalu or elachi
Cashu and kismis as you like.
Ghee 2 spoons
Procedure:Cook sagu or saggubiyym with 2 cups water in pressure cooker till you get 2 whistles.If it is fat milk
,you can cook with milk also. Heat the ghee in thick vessle, fry the cashue and kismis and then add the semya.
Stir gently and fry it till you get brown colour in low heat . Add milk for that. After semya well cooked,
add cooked saggubiyyam and jaggry.Mix them all gently. Jaggry is healthy and tasty.
