Ingredients:
Rice 1cups
Milk 6 cups
Grated Jaggry 11/2 cups
Ilachi,cashu and kismis
Ghee 2 spoons
Procedure:-Wash the rice in a thick bowl,add 4 cups milk and put the bowl in pressure cooker.After 2 whistles,
off the heat.After cooling it ,take out the bowl and add the remaining milk. Mix it gently and add jaggeray, cook it for2
min.Add ilachi powder and fry the cashues and kismis in ghee, add them also .Mix all the things gently.If we use
fat milk, then it is Real Paramannam.
