Upma with rice ravva

Ingredients: Biyyapu (rice) ravva 2 cups
Moong dal 1/4 cup or pesara pappu
Chillies 6,  Allam small piece
Vegtable oil 3 spoons
Chana dal 1 spoon
Urd dal 1 spoon
Mustard and cumin  1 spoon
Curry leaves 10

Procedure:Wash rice and dry them  on a paper on a cloth. Grind them carefully like .If there is any flour, separate it. Heat the oil in a thick vessel, fry Channa dal , urd dal, mustard and cumin.Add allam and chilly pieces, fry them for a while, add 4 cups of water, salt and moong dal. Stir it once and put the lid till the water boils. After boiling the water, reduce the heat , add ravva  slowly. Cook it well for 5 to 10 min. till the  water evaporates.Stir  occasionally. Serve hot with ghee, avakaya or mango pickle and pappula podi or putnala podi.
