Ingredients: Kottimeera 2 bunches
Dried chillies 10
Tamarind paste 1 spoon
Salt
Garlic Cloves 4
Oil 4 spoons
Dhania 1 spoon
Urd dal1 spoon
Chana dal 1 spoon
Musterd and Cumin 1 spoon
Termaric powder 1/4 spoon
Asphotoida a pinch
Procedure:Fry the chopped kothimmera for 3 to 4 minand keep it aside to cool.Now fry
dried chillies,dhania,chana dal ,urd dal, cumin and garlic cloves. Add salt and turmaric powder.Grind all the stuff.
Now add tamarind paste and fried coriander to the stuff, grind it well.If need add little water. If you want you
can add popu also.
It goes well with dosa also.
