Ingredients:
Vankayalu 4 Medium size onion 1 Chillies 6 Curry leaves
Milk 4 cups
Salt
Oil 3 spoons
Procedure:-Heat the oil in a thick pan, fry the brinjals in low heat until they smoothen.Keep them aside to cool.
In the meanwhile cut the onion and chillies and fry them in the same pan.Add oil if needed.Mix all the fried stuff and
smash it, now add warm milk and mix it well.Its good to do before one hour eating.
