Ingredients:Rice flour 2 cups
Buttermilk 5 cups
Green chillies 6
Medium size onion 1/2
Curry leaves 10
Oil 4 spoons
Chanadal 2 spoons
Urd dal 2 spoons
Cumin and mustard 1 spoon
Redchillies 2
Salt
Procedure:Keep the buttermilk out from the fridge before oneday to get sourness.Cut the onions and chillies.Mix
the flour and salt in buttermilk like dosa pindi.Heat the oil in a non-stick vessel. And fry urd dal and chanadal,mustard
and cumin.Stir it once,add chillies, onions and curry leaves.Fry the onions well, now add the batter or challa pindi.Stir
it well,after 2 min. reduce the heat and put the lid.Cook it for 10 min.and stir it for a while.Occasionally its nice for
breakfast.
