Procedure:Soak the pappu for 1 hour.Cut the carrots into small pieces and cook them well in microwave for 5 to
6 min.Heat the pan and add popu.
Now add ginger garlic paste and chilly pieces, stir it well .Add the cooked carrots and pesara
pappu and fry it well for 2 or 3 min. in a low heat.Add salt and termeric powder,mix well .Season with more kottimeera.
Vey nice with vedi annam and chapathi.
We can do this with onions also.We dont use pesara pappu or moong dalin this curry.After frying the onions
,add cooked carrot.
